I must say doing an early morning workout was good but I am now going to two a days from now till the End of April-March. This is when I will do a cool tour like this one to Mt. Everest Base Camp. With this in mind and the 6-8 hour days of Hiking I just want to be at peak health so I can enjoy the view. So I will rotate and do Legs in mornings and upper body in afternoons – Oh and I will of course try to eat better! So time for some lunch and a workout.
