I have been up since 5am as I start my workout routine for my trip to Nepal. This mornings workout did kill me but I have to say energy is sometimes a must. One Whole Garlic, sliced into large pieces, 3 scallops, one small onion and a couple mushrooms in triple virgin olive oil with some basil and I feel whole again
