Today I swam for a little bit over three hours and yesterday I swam for about two hours between the rain and sun. Since coming back from Kilimanjaro I have limited my work out to all non-impact stuff. While I have a little pain in my left knew, it is intermittent, and perhaps simply a remnant or some kind of a relic related to not working out. So starting tomorrow, I will stretch, run, do weights and the bowflex daily. I cannot lose sight of my goal for Everest Base Camp next year.
What is really cool is that this upcoming week will be my first full week at home since Kilimanjaro. Being home is perfect for working out and for maintaining a proper diet. I have gained 10 pounds since Kilimanjaro that needs to be dismissed. I have also decided that I need a professional trainer this time, so now to look. People any advice for a guy – male or female personal trainer? OK so I like putting an image on every blog post. This critter is nocturnal from Tanzania… that is all my notes say!
