I have gotten to the point where my minimal daily activity is above 10 miles a day, that is running and treadmill combined. I have gotten to the point where my blood pressure and heart rate are always in the green. It takes about three hours a day minimal to do this but it is required. In addition I find myself doing different bowflex workouts daily aimed at strength. What actually hits me is that in one week my overall body weight has decreased by 2/10ths of one pound. Wouldn’t you think it would be more!
All of this work has nothing to do with health goals but all to do with activity goals. I have always said that you need to keep in the condition required to complete your physical activity goals. So I guess I need to stop raising the bar on myself@! But my goal is worthwhile I think… We shall see!
